    Brokerage agreement

    We agree the scope of cooperation and the fee model. We sign the brokerage agreement.

    Selection and viewings

  4. Step 04

    Legal verification

    We check the land register (sections II–IV), mortgage encumbrances, easements, the local zoning plan, and the energy performance certificate (mandatory in Poland from 28 April 2023).

  5. Step 05

    Preliminary agreement

    We negotiate the terms and coordinate the signing of the preliminary agreement, with deposit or down-payment.

  6. Step 06

    Notarial deed and hand-over

    We accompany the notarial deed and the hand-over of the keys. We help with post-transaction formalities.
